In 2023, Hometown Creamery opened up a new scoop shop in Hayes Valley, joining the Proxy family of local businesses built in shipping containers next to Patricia's Green. Slinging the same, delicious, farm to cone ice cream made at the flagship shop in The Inner Sunset, the Hayes Valley location evokes the trademark homey and rustic ambiance while setting itself apart with a unique personality of its own.

Centrally located and surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, and renowned cultural institutions like SFJAZZ, the SF Ballet, Symphony, Opera and Bill Graham auditorium, the neighborhood offers something for everyone.
