The Story

Adar and Saadi.png

So you have these two brothers....

Adar, an SFState, USF Law school grad decides that instead of practicing Corporate law - he wanted to make something that could be enjoyed... be involved in the community and take a stab at the wild and crazy, yet rewarding world of small business, so...

he reaches out to his brother Saadi, a rounded creative with an international affairs background, about the possibility of starting up an ice cream shop in San Francisco. Intrigued by the idea of getting to bring together his passions for food, art, community engagement, and education for work, Saadi took to the kitchen and started whipping up classic and unique ice cream flavors his way. He got his pasteurizers license....

and in the summer of 2015, they opened their doors as the first ice cream shop in San Francisco to make all of their ice cream completely from scratch, on-site.

Both were committed to:

- making the best quality farm to cone ice cream they could

- providing a fun, upbeat, and globally inspired creamery that was also true to its San Francisco, minority small business roots and identity.
Engaging in their community...
and bringing people together.
